Paulie's is a high quality market featuring Premium Angus, aged and cut to order, pork, chicken, veal, lamb, and homemade sausages. The deli section provides Boars Head and authentic Italian sliced meat, cheeses and sandwiches for off-premise consumption. Fine wines are also available, along with gourmet pastas, imported grocery items and prepared dishes that only need to be heated or cooked after purchase. This is an up-scale market, but surprisingly, the prices are as good or better than supermarket prices. Customers enjoy personal service and expert advice on cooking, grilling, and meal planning.

Paulie's will offer the following products and services:

Hand cut Fresh meats.

The highest quality USDA Natural Beef. The industry leading Certified Angus Beef. Also a selection of marinated beef, chicken, pork and homemade sausages will be prepared daily. The prepared fresh meats will be ready to cook for take home.

Delicatessen.

Groceries.

We will offer high quality specialty (Ethnic) groceries. They will include items that represent the best known and desired foods from these areas. Items will include but not be limited to: Sauces, oils, spices, spreads, peppers, cheese, meats, pasta, rice, canned goods, chocolates and hard to find desserts and candies. A selection fresh and frozen pasta and pizza (made off site) will be available for home cooking. A full line of Stone Wall Kitchen will be available as well as it will compliment out meats, cheese and wines.

Coffee and teas.

We will have available through self-service Green Mountain Coffee and tea throughout the day will the option to purchase coffee for home use.

Meat packages.

Meat packages will be offered for larger gatherings, events, parties and holidays. There will be monthly flyers distributed to the local schools to offer a "Teacher appreciation day" every month to help contribute to sales volume. Rewards cars for frequent customers will also be available.

Staff.

My wife and I will be working in the store everyday along with our two daughters ages sixteen and eighteen. We will also employ three to four part time workers all with industry experience that will be able to service the customers needs.

Paulies will offer Boars head deli meats and cheeses. The deli will offer a limited menu for lunch and dinner. The rotating menu will feature Sandwiches, soups, salads, drinks and desserts. All menu items prepared fresh daily and a variety will be displayed for easy pick-up. We will offer ethnic deli salads and specialty items by the pound.
